As a result of rising costs, TAMKO Building Products will increase pricing by 4 – 5% on all Residential Roofing and Waterproofing Products, including New Construction and Builder/Multi-Family business. All orders shipped on or after Monday, March 23, 2026, will be invoiced at the new prices, regardless of order entry date.
