Why Wait?

1. Call, text, or email your order

• Please list Company Name, Material Colors, etc.
• Download our order form, fill it out, then just snap a picture to make things easier for you.

2. We will confirm receipt of the order

• We will confirm material availability and clarify any potential questions.
• Confirm invoice total and confirm payment (COD)
• Schedule pickup time – estimated target time is 30 minutes from order confirmation to staged order. We will alert you of any potential delays.

3. Mueller will pull & stage your order

• Material order will be pulled, checked, & labeled.
• Completed order will be staged in the “On The Go Pickup Area”
• We will text/email a picture of the completed order or call you to confirm it is ready for pickup.

4. Collect material order paperwork from the counter

• Head to the front counter and look for the “Mueller OTG sign”.
• Your order will be on a clipboard ready to go.

5. Proceed to the “On The Go Pickup Area”

• Proceed into your Mueller Facility’s designated OTG pickup area. An associate will look for the 4Sure OTG label that matches your order, and you will be loaded promptly and safely.

All Mueller “On The Go” (OTG) orders will be time stamped at time of order, time staging is complete, and pickup in/out to ensure prompt and accurate service.
